SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We use external couriers and are not responsible for delays in orders being delivered.  We do our best to provide tracking details - where possible. 

  • If the Company are delivering the item we will keep the client up to date as to approx. delivery date and time. Delivery times at time of ordering a just an approximation. 

  • Some special order items are direct shipped from our supplier.  It is the clients responsibility at time of ordering to provided correct delivery information at time of order.  Failure to do so is not the responsibility of the Company.

  • Please advise immediately if any damage to goods delivered.  We are required to notify external courier companies within 3 days of any damage to products whilst in there possession. We follow up with courier and work out best possible solution for the client. 

RETURN, EXCHANGE, WATER LEAKS POLICY

  • If the customer wishes return the purchased goods, whether this is for the wrong item purchased or not suitable for their requirements it is the sole responsibility of the client to organise payment for freight on return of goods. Purchased goods being returned must be returned in original packaging, with no damage and must be a resellable condition.  No refund is issued until items are returned in full to Aqua Filter Services. 

  • Where the item has been damaged in transit, we will work with you to get the best outcome for both parties. 

  • Where a filter service has been carried out, it is the clients responsibility to report any leaks within 14 days of filter service/replacement.  Failure to report any leaks within the given time frame, and damaged caused by the leak, is the sole responsibility of the client to repair. Aqua Filter Services is not responsible for this damage. 

  • Where filters are purchased and the client has performed their own filter replacement service - Aqua Filter Services are not responsible for any damage for leaks.  It is the clients responsibility to check for any leaks. If the issue is with the replacement filter posted out - please advise Aqua Filter Service and send proof - either by photo or video.  Item may have been damaged in transit and replacement filter/s will be posted out at no charge to the client.
