TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Company and the Client mutually covenant and agree as follows:
1. INTERPRETATION:
In these terms and conditions:

“The Client” means the person, firm or company named in the invoice/order.

“The Company” means Aqua Filter Services.

“Equipment” means the equipment described in the invoice/order provided, however that as the company is not the manufacturer of the Equipment, the Company reserves the absolute right to vary the Equipment described in the invoice/order with Equipment of a similar of like nature if after all reasonable endeavour's the Company is unable to obtain the Equipment referred to in the order/invoice.

"Sales" means any client that purchases items and or services.

References to any gender includes all other genders and reference to the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Headings are for convenience only and should not be used in interpretation of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions together with the Invoice/Order form the entire agreement between the parties.
2. PAYMENT:

The Client shall pay the Company by the due date recorded on the invoice without the company being required to demand payment due to the acceptance of an order or works that have already been completed as agreed upon.
3. COMPANY NOT RESPONSIBLE:
-
It is acknowledged by the client that if any loss, damage, injury or death occurs as a result of the Equipment provided by the company, the responsibility of such incidents is not the responsibility of the Company and the Client a agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company in relation to such matters.

The Company can not be held liable for any damages to property, plant & equipment or fixtures and features due to water damage.
4. NO LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE:

The Company will not be liable to the Client for any loss or damage suffered by the Client howsoever caused, including but not limited to, loss or damage caused by the negligence of the Company, it’s employees, servants or agents in relation to the installation of the Equipment or leaks/drips from equipment, filters, fittings, tubing, etc.
5. PREPAID FILTER SERVICING/REPLACEMENTS:

The Client must advise the Company if they wish to cancel their filter/filter servicing subscription no later than 14 days before next filter replacement is due. Failure to notify Company of the cancellation will result in no refund given.

By committing to regular filter replacements/servicing, all terms and conditions must be agreed to.

Where a filter subscription has been purchased, the filter will be posted out automatically to the Client at the agreed scheduled time for replacement - usually 6 or 12 months.

Where a filter servicing subscription has been purchased, the Company will contact the Client to arrange a suitable time for both parties to complete the filter replacement service.

Where a filter replacement service has been purchased, if at time of servicing the technician advises the Client of faults, problems or leaks with the Client's filter system and replacement parts are required, this is an added an expense and the Client will be required to pay for additional parts to rectify the matter. These costs are not included in the Water Filter Replacement fee.
6. SHIPPING RATES:

If the shipping rate increases, the Client will be advised and additional costs will be added to the order before the item is shipped.

In the case where external courses are used, the Company is not responsible for delays in orders being delivered. The Company will endeavour to provide tracking details when possible.

If the Company is delivering the ordered item/product, the Company will inform the Client of the approximate delivery date and time.

Some special order items may be shipped directly from our supplier. It is the Client's responsibility at time of ordering to provided correct delivery information. Failure to do so is not the responsibility of the Company.
7.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If the Client wishes return the purchased goods, whether this is for the wrong item purchased or not suitable for their requirements, it is the sole responsibility of the client to organise payment for freight on the return of the goods. Purchased goods must be returned in a resealable condition, with no damage, in the original packaging. Refunds will not be issued until the items are returned and inspected by Aqua Filter Services.

Where the item has been damaged in transit, we will work with you to get the best outcome for both parties.
8. WATER LEAKS:

Where a filter service has been carried out by the Company, it is the Client's responsibility to report any leaks within 14 days of filter service/replacement. The Company is not responsible for any damages caused if the Client has failed to report any leaks within the given time frame. Damages caused by undisclosed leaks are the sole responsibility of the Client to repair.

Where filters are purchased and the Client has performed their own filter replacement service - The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by leaks or incorrect installation. If the issue is with the replacement filter posted out by the Company, please advise by sending proof - either by photo or video. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge to the Client. Cupboard and Equipment damage is the responsibility of the Client.
